  6. Top with sauce & cheese: Spoon remaining marinara over the top. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
  8. Rest & garnish: Let sit 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
