  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over the chicken mixture and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning or sweetness as needed.
  5. Chill for 15–30 minutes for best flavor, then serve.
