Ingredients (1 large serving)
- 1 cup full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese (secret ingredient)
- 1–2 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free sweetener (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional swirl (pictured):
- 1 tbsp melted dark chocolate or sugar-free chocolate syrup

Instructions
1️⃣ Blend
Add cottage cheese, sweetener, and vanilla to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth (very important).
2️⃣ Freeze
Pour into a freezer-safe bowl. Freeze 1½–2 hours, stirring once halfway for best texture.
